IH is right. I was going off memory in PMs and forgot Scanlink is a "when", not an "after", so you have to use Scanlink before AWAKEN, which then means TERRAGENESIS will happen before AWAKEN as well.

I could agree to not fire my PDS for a free refresh, but not making a move on primor seems like it's worth a lot more.

Also since I'm pretty sure you are going to want to move a unit to the empty hex that does concern me without an ongoing agreement in place.

How about this for a deal:
You agree to let me move through your units whenever I want to, and you agree not to let others move units through your territory into mine and you give me your blood pact PN. In return I won't dispute you over primor (and will protect it with pds from opportunists seeking to move in).

Since you are getting primor out of this deal, I'd want a free trade refesh, and if mirage appears in the empty hex next to rex you agree to cede it to me.

I'm sure we can work out good deals for blood pact votes on a case by case basis.

I can only wash one commodity at the moment, but that doesn't cover PDS fire over arnor lor and competing with you for it. You suggested that your wild fragment was on the table as part of a deal regarding those systems. I'd be happy to not move into arnor lor, and not fire PDS when you occupy it for the wild fragment.

Agree to all of this except the Mirage bit. I dont want to just give up a planet that would be useful for me and that I did the work of uncovering.

Maybe the deal is that you dont take it until after I have used its ability?
