One of them was already damaged at the start of the turn (or is that a leftover from last round I forgot to remove?), and the other sustained damage from space cannon defense, so they were both already damaged in round 2 of the ground combat.

I think that was a leftover. I can't see how it could have been damaged earlier this round.

Very close run thing!

Interestingly, the new PoK battle calculator gave the ground battle as a 100% victory to Argent. Think it might need a bit more tweaking :)

I thought for sure I lost when I saw 5 bombard hits. Glad I moved the mechs back home.

Yeah, the calculator seems to be pretty far off in most cases.

I presume you'll want to use the TG from Rigel I to buy an action card with Rigel II?

Rigel III already has a tech specialty so it'll be a 2/2 planet now.

It's looking like it might happen now. Morgoth still hasn't passed so who knows what might still happen.

Blend why didnt you allow IH to bring 2 more mechs to that fight in Winnu? I know Khell locked the system down but IH had a shot at bringing them before that. They would have clearly made the difference in the fight.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.
