I do see a way for blend to do that but would require a combo move with me and seems unlikely to occur.

So my plan this round was going to be to stall as long as I can to ensure Twelve makes me the speaker and, assuming he keeps his side of that deal, move my destroyer through the ion storm to flip it to Alpha, then move my fleet from Bakal/Alio Prima and my dread to the Ion Storm and Stellar Converter Lodor. That would destroy 2 of his structures, thus ensuring he couldn't score the 2VP PO.

Could work, tatts may be able to counter this as he also has a vast amount of stalls.

I'm not really worried about how long Tatts stalls, I just want to make sure Twelve does as he agreed to do before I waste any tactical actions I might need to keep my end of the threat on Twelve's game real on stopping Tatts.

I hope that you'll use the fact that I'll deal with Tatts to ensure that those I can't do anything about (cough cough Twelve and Morgoth) are kept in line.

I think you are massively underestimating tatts but okay. I still think me activating your homeworld, you retreating and then stellar converting one of tatts planets is the smart play.

The only way Tatts can do anything about my Stellar Converter is if he has a way to move through my ships and uses the cruisers over Mallice and/or Cealdri/Xanhact to take out my Dread. Granted, he COULD have that action card, but I don't want to waste my stellar converter on destroying Mallice or Cealdri or Xanhact when I can use it on Lodor which would hurt him a lot more.
