That'll be nice for you this round - you could use your hero to give yourself the Trade primary, and give out free refreshes for 1TG each, which means you'd get a bunch of TGs to expand your fleet / ground attacks capabilities before making a proper run at Rex.
Or like, save it to use Imperial when you can score an in-round point despite someone else choosing it before you. Yikes!

I've voted against swords to ploughshares as khell needs TG more than infantry (and I think twelve can probably muster enough to knock him off rex anyway)
I'm voting morgoth for the SO objective as he is the least ct starved, strongest economically and weakest militarily, so he can gain those so anyway and now we are in a position to prevent it.
I think giving twelve it would be a bad idea as he will likely not be able to obtain them otherwise due to his lack of ct, and scoring rex instead. Khell similar apart from lack of ct, more scoring opportunities is bad.
Tatts I'd like you to follow one of those with at least 3 votes.
