5 player games are so weird with the speaker token. The same people tend to be first/second pick for long stretches, 'cause Politics is rarely going to be chosen in the first 4 SC picks... I have regrets

Yeah stalling warfare round 1 is usually the most detrimental. Stalling later rounds not so much. Though I am getting my comupence from last round but only because Tatts prevented me from getting warfare myself.

I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

I wanted to play warfare this turn. I'd have considering stalling and playing it later if it inconvenienced two players.

Since it's only inconveniencing one I'll save PoP for a future turns stall.
