Up until this turn I was gonna let you have it, actually, but I did the math of possible objectives for next round plus my SO draw was bad, and not being able to go through the alpha just became too much of a reduction of my potential options. Sorry!

(Though I really wish I could've drawn Unveil Flagship as my new SO and then done this to score it right away.)

I disagree with that comparison. Your ambush ability is part of an attack and will by definition be included. As would the PDS of the attacker and/or the defender. The PDS of a player who's not participating however, by choosing to use it they decide to alter the outcome in one players favor against the other. That is not something I think you can assume as a mod unless it's been specified. Or, I at least don't feel comfortable making that choice on behalf of the players.

If it's an action card with the exact timing of "After you activate a system:" (ie the same as the ceasefire card), then yes I'd have to play the first AC before he plays Ceasefire.

As far as I can see you can move 4 infantry. So gives you a good opportunity to take Rex. With you taking Imperial next round you could score mega points. Just looking at action cards.
