Transit diodes is not an action, so isn't a stall. It's part of your turn.

Well shit...

Actually, with Tatt's move into Thibah I can ONLY reach Arinam by flying through Dal Bootha/Xxehan so...

I've got no stalls left - this use of Transit Diodes is all I had left in the stall column.

It's better odds if you leave both to me, then?

Alright, I have to add an action to my turn, so should I or shouldn't I go for Dal Bootha/Xxehan? Based on this, I should just leave it to you? I hate doing that given the amount of TGs you'll gain, but I certainly want to ensure we all have a chance to win the game.

I can't think of any other way to get to Arinam if you do go for Dal Bootha, so yeah. I'll send the Centauri/Gral carrier to Dal Bootha and the cruisers to Arinam.

Alright, I leave the way open for you. Also, this is a temporary measure for me - hoping you'll allow them to stay there until next round, but won't be surprised to see you push me out.

Hmm, but, uh, that does block some of the cruisers that were going to come from my homeworld through the alpha to Dal Bootha/Xxehan...?

Well how does Support for the throne work? If I put infantry on Meer Twelve cannot attack them right? I'd prefer you not to block all avenues of movement.

Maybe just best for me to move ships to Meer and Twelve will lose a VP if he goes for it.

If you activate arinam meer you lose a VP, if you use your racial to put infantry on meer and twelve activates it he loses a VP.

Is it? Is it really? Astonishing?

Let's get this straight, you as Saar threw all your resources and build at taking Rex. Leaving all your planets available for plucking.

Blend as your neighbour did not take advantage of those empty spaces like Drek did.

So systems are all hers.

Then you and Blend decided to feed her resource after resource after resource. Blend didn't need the tgs but accepted them but there were other POs he could have gone for.

Now I'm not getting ansy. Im just not surprised by the amount of resources or planets she has. Yet our silent Twelve is the one I'm the front seat.

Last game was very close, this game just feels weird.

Tatts I threw you a bone and let you use Meer for Leadership and now you arent letting me have it? It's no good to me this round anyway.

I deliberately left my planets open to d'rek to take Rex, and if it had paid off I would have been quite happy with the trade off as I'd have big scary d'rek to prop up as a boogeyman and planets to capture to feed my saar ball.

Now I'm quite happy feeding d'rek and blend resources as it gets me points and brings the end of the game closer.

D'rek having so many resources can be placed just as much on you as anyone else she spread herself very thin to get to this point and you were best placed to stop her. For a start if you hadn't diplomacied my ships they would have already been rolling in her direction.

But yes the number of resources she currently has far exceeds what anyone else has ever achieved so it is 'astonishing'.

D'rek has played a great space risk game, but not been so good at points scoring. That said no-one else has played particularly well either so it could pay off for her.

Or I could prove my TI greatness and pull off a shock win from nowhere :p

As it stands right now, Twelve has 13 TG, and can exhaust Arinam for 2 infuence, and can exhaust Torkan for 3 influence. He needs 16 to score the stage 2 agenda, which puts him into position to probably win next round. Since he has infantry in both Arinam/Meer and Torkan/Tequ'ran, yes you'd unfortunately be losing your SftT from him if you activate either system. And if he activates any system where you have units he'll lose the SftT he has from you.

I can get to Arinam/Meer. The real problem, as I see it, is Torkan. As long as Twelve has Torkan + 13 TG he can score the PO. Arinam might not even matter if you can deal with Torkan.

Of course, Twelve will on his next turn try to move in and defend whatever is worth the most influence, so we can't really wait.

So, my suggestion is that you use the warfare secondary to build a carrier and spec ops and move them to Torkan in this turn, before he can move in first.

Even if Twelve takes planets back from us, he gets them exhausted and can't buy the PO. And he only has one tactical CT.
