I'd only be capable of it if I were to get a lucky Flank Speed draw from Politics right off the bad. Unlikely, but not farfetched as Tatts will very likely play Politics right away to try and get a direct hit given twelve's big talk of already owning arinam/meer like it's a foregone conclusion!

That's what I want to but it requires us to border and I'm not sure I want to move my ship that direction but not sure if I have time to border before Tech is popped. I'll have to talk to the Saar Ball to see when he plans on popping Tech. I assume not right away as he might want to double tech.
