Nom, I've been thinking some on how best to work out a way for us to avoid getting embroiled in a war and losing this game. I've been thinking that as a an offer of friendship I can pay you two commodities for my claim on Arinam/Meer. In other words, we can do a 2:4 trade. I'd also very much like your racial PN, and would be willing to trade PN for PN, maybe with an additional exchange of sftt or something, depending on what you want.

Man, I picked this position because of the supernova/lots of influence combination with Muaat. But what I didn't pay attention to was the very small and slow starting fleet.

Yeah I didn't realise the starting muaat fleet was quite so slow, early expansion is hard!

No, I had to drastically readjust what I thought I could do. Thankfully, with Leadership at least I can expand my fleet substantially without needing too much production.

If you make me speaker and agree to give me your tech PN next time you have it in your hand, I will swap SFTT with you when we neighbour, will leave the asteroid field next to your homeworld vacant, and will not intrude in your territories without prior agreement, unless you breach the deal by attacking me. I would be willing to negotiate on vacating planets for you if you need to complete objectives. I will swap commodities with you when you need in a mentax friendly way.
