The lockdown was eased. Mass gatherings on the beach. People going round to their friends for bbqs. The weather was awesome. Yet killings were still happening. The police did their best to add to the confusion. One citizen cried from the rooftop, "YOU'RE SCUM" and "You're scum" and "You're scum" but the crowd gathered and strung that crier up because scum talk about scum right?
