NBA had to cancel after Rudy Gobert (Utah Jazz center) confirmed to have it. I suspect other professioal leagues will stop play too. The idea of having no fans is kind of silly. Although, NCAA Basketball tournament (March Madness) is supposed to go on with no fans, except family members. I think that might change though.
