For all the powers out there in series there always someone pulling string from shadows it can be subtle or notice by everyone. There always someone looking over shoulder of another power or characters in books.
why did bridgeburners ascend?

Yeah its not so bad, although this topic and the "who are the bonehunters" one were covered very recently so it would be nice not to start new ones of these straight away.
But in general I think its good that topics are started again and again cos otherwise everything would dry up. Especially while we're all in limbo waiting for the next book.
New people need to feel part of the discussion and not like everything they're saying is pointless. Its nowhere near as much fun if I just go back to some two year old thread and read what everyone said then.
This place is going to seriously kick off when BH is released!
