Toaster you're like me, caring so much, being so invested. Remember, it is only a game, the Alpha wormhole down south gives us options. Why are you not able to place something in the hex you want?

EDIT;

Move the carrier from Tequ'ran. It cannot give much better odds in a fight anyway.

Will do that, it will up the influence I need from 4 ( +2 TG) to 7 (+2 TG) to get 6 tokens.
But Like I said , I pass on winning. I need to stop caring, as I take it personal when people start working against me for no reason.

I promise you no one wants to see D'rek or you win. Twelve thinks he can win if we stop both of you, Morgoth thinks he can win if we stop both of you, IH thinks he can win if we stop both of you. I bet IH will be on 9VP's going into status with a scorable SO and PO. This is end game and they're all manipulating the game they want it to go. IH thinks by stoppingyou, he'll score 12VP before D'rek who goes last in status, so that's his priority. No one else is mentioning you, except for a few things here and there. If no else plans for IH winning then he'll win. Just FYI.

They do have things to gain, how do you stop IH from winning? Khell, Twelve?

Just putting that out there.

The certainty right now is that you'll win, and that's the start of this round, stopping that from happening if possible.

Morgoth has said he is not going to attack gwynan. I'm hoping someone has exhaust a planet for 3 TG to deal with gwynan.

What the fuck Morgoth. Why do you even play.

I certainly did not say that. My reasoning as for what I'm willing to do and not do is pretty clearly laid out in numerous posts.

Toaster, you're the point leader. It's very strange to me that you react in this way to what is an entirely logical approach by the rest of the board. You complain that no one's looking at D'rek while there's been numerous plans to attack D'rek too. You could easily have facilitated those plans and drawn attention away from you too, but you refused. This is a position of your own making, no need to get huffy about it, we've all been there.

I thought you said you wouldn't attack unless someone gave you a Sftt? And since none are available to hand you that means you aren't going to attack?

I still give you highest odds of winning toaster even with the entire board against you. And it's pretty unsurprising what is going on. Everyone benefits from attacking you. Then we all fall upon each other to try and eke out the win/extra points.

Tapper how long can you stall leadership?

I'm 95 percent confident I can remove teq/tork from the equation on turn 4 if leadership can be stalled until 5. Homeworld depends on plague result, but is probably around 80 percent probability.

I can stall for 2 more ACs and a move.

That's pretty promising! Ok I can take one of the planets/D'rek can do another, so probably no need to hit Toaster's homeworld with plague.

Nom can take thibah/ action card gwynan.

Twelve/Morgoth what are you doing?

Khell?

Tatts/Tapper I'm assuming you'll be continuing your little war.

If Toaster makes a move, to block off the nebula I imagine the whole calculus changes again, so we'll see!

I'll target a hazardous planet, limits what someone can build.

Reasonably high chance that d'rek will refresh lirta with diplomacy, so targetting that would deny her a CT.

Toaster doesn't have any planets which would be worth targetting, or Morgoth.

If the game is denying people influence to score a CT, twelve has a 1/3, d'rek has a 2/3 or 3/1, and I have a 1/1 (i'll exhaust my 3/1 before your turn).

As I said, I have plague, and can play it on my turn, though I'd need some help as to the ideal target.

I will be playing action cards for the next few rounds.
If my flagship fleet survives, its dreads will also be in a position to bother D'rek in a potential next round.

And if I were to attack D'rek in Mecatol now, would that drastically change any plans?

Edit: It does mean D'rek can copy LWD then and there.

It would mean my fleet is unavailable to help attack Toaster, Toaster keeps a system, buys an extra CT and wins, no?

*IF* Toaster really does spend extra CTs to make his win this round improbable, then after that you can attack MR. Otherwise, we need that fleet to attack either Tequ/Tork or the 3-planet system, don't we?

Considering toaster has been doing an excellent job of suggesting he's going to throw the game, and never quite doing it I suspect this won't happen.

I only have two actions left. So unless you're planning to move that fleet in MR with your next action I'd still be doing it before you move to take him on. Which I suppose would revert us back to the 'IH takes Toaster's homeworld' plan.

On the other hand I don't move against MR at all, and move to take Toaster's three-planet system instead, with you and IH moving past me with LWD.

I can't move past you with LWD. If you take the 3 planet system, and D'rek takes another I don't need to move past you though I don't think?

Hol' up. D'rek could take the three-planet system by moving ships through the beta wormhole rather than from MR, while IH could take Teq/Tork, no?

Hmm, taking infantry is a bit of an issue for her that way but not much, because her cruisers can carry them too. And in any case, she will more than likely still have ships left over in MR if we have our fight with which to move against Toaster. And this would make her *slightly* more vulnerable afterwards if she has to move ships from closer to her homeworld.

I'm not throwing away 2 entire fleets for the sake of your pew pew desire, Khell, especially in a scenario where you aren't contributing much to the anti-Toaster brigade. You'll just have to wait and attack the MR fleet after it moves at Toaster. There's surely some way the timing can work.

Ye-es, but you'd be forced to try and do it in order to maintain your own hope of winning the game. That or just cancel my MR action, which makes you use up a token.
