I apologize that all warmongering races were at the bottom of the map, which meant it has been torn by war and destruction.
But scoring and playing at 0 initiative is my best weapon now.

a) ploughshares resolves against and he has a well defended homesystem, and faces hard choices on whether to build a defensivly or save for CTs
ploughshares resolves for, he has a slightly less well defended homesystem, but has money to burn so can make a couple of moves and build defensively, so will likely be harder to dislodge

a) is my preferred option

I think I could take one of his planets in the a situation, but don't think I can bring the force to bear to dislodge his fleet and take a planet

The more I think about it, the more I suspect that it will take me AND Morgoth to take a home planet. One of us to whittle down the defensive forces, the other to finish the job. You don't have to necessarily take his homeworld. It's enough to make him unable to score any of the remaining 2VP POs (and same for anyone else).

To prevent me from scoring you need to prevent me buying 1 token ( presumably 2 ) if I activate my HS .

I have 11 influence from planets. And 2 TG.

Yeah it's a challenge. Homeworld seems the most feasible. Or force you to spend effort defending your homeworld and delay leadership enough to steal the other planets.

My best weapon is assault cannons but with his racial tech I can only bring 2 ships, I have no dreads nor can I bring enough infantry to take a planet. Not sure what help I can bring.
