I'm not sure which way my votes are going to go.

Think I'm generally against giving a point to morgoth, and intellectual revolution the positive would seem to be a big plus to d'rek, whilst the negative is a giant fuck you to everyone who has invested in tech. Since the leaders generally have a lot of tech I'm marginally inclined that way.

The FOR of the Anti-Intellectual Revolution agenda would NOT affect the Nekro as they do not "research" technology, they steal/copy it.

The AGAINST would affect the Nekro as once they have stolen/copied the tech, it is considered "researched".

Tapper I did have a deal in place to pick what I wanted but I'll waive that. We cannot let D'rek take Imperial though, and keeping the Speaker token near us may be best. So which one would you rather take, Imperial or Politics? Is there anything you'd like to discuss with me?

Hmm, the way I read the exchange, I'd have to use it before anyone reaches 10 VP. I deem it possible but unlikely that anyone will get to 10 this round with frozen resources.
In addition, that same message mentions that (and you more or less accepted) an option where he'd trade it back to you, for your trade PN.

By Tapper choosing to reply to Toaster but not me has influenced the decision further as it'll mean I may be using a couple of juicy cards this round. Yet it gives me leverage to avoid hostilities if possible by striking a deal with him and Nom down the line. I can score 2 or 3 different PO's this round and next round so I don't need to expand as of yet.

This should be a good round, i'm hoping the L1 will not turn their attention to us as we don't have much to offer and Jazz was a more negotiating neighbour.

When it comes to the subject of picking what you wanted, didn't you already pick Abyz/Fria, hmm?

As for the 'deal': if I pick Imperial, nothing stops you from Speaker-ing yourself, putting me last in queue, and on top of that, Imperial is doing next to nothing for me this round, with the current goals.
