We'll be starting the first new Book Club read on August 1st but we'll be done with Slaughterhouse 5 in two to three weeks.

So let's make a list of potential candidates for at least the next two Book Club entries. That way people have time to plan and get the required books.

Instead of having a long list of copy pasted classics, I suggest we get to nominate 3 books.

If there's no clear consensus we'll use polls to select winners.

I nominate:

Catch 22 by Joseph Heller (What with the new movie coming out)
To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee
A Wizard of Eartsea by Ursula K LeGuin

Sounds like there's not a lot of suggestions for the next book.

Tiste and I also want to read 84K by Claire North so should we just go with that one after Slaughterhouse 5?

Well, I've got both A Wizard of Eartsea and The Left Hand of Darkness on my Kindle.

I also seem to have a library order for The Disposessed for some reason.
