Is it like all but confirmed that this trilogy won’t be completed? Seemed to me that Fall of Light was a struggle for SE to get out, reception was tepid, and now it’s completely and utterly off all radars—fan and author alike—as far as I can see.

'Postponed', however, can be like when a restaurant is 'closed for renovations' as opposed to just 'closed'.

I hope we get to see it.

If (when) the Karsa trilo gets solid numbers and SE keeps doing his sf writing as well, i wonder where/whether he will fit it in.

Postponed would typically mean a book being worked on that is taking longer than anticipated.

I would more accurately call this book "shelved". He has postponed starting writing it to start and write another whole trilogy (or more) first, and his publisher were fine if not downright encouraging to do it, and neither party was happy with sales.

Meaning he could eventually finish it when the mood strikes, but no one will be pushing him to and he could in fact have to sell his publisher on doing in should he decide to reopen it.

Tatts early in SH game: Hmm, so if I'm liberal I should have voted Nein to make sure I'm president? I'm not that selfish

Tatts later in SAME game: I'm going to be a corrupt official. I have turned from my liberal ways, and now will vote against the pesky liberals. Viva la Fascism.
