I believe in the bonehunters and perhaps reaper's Gale that it is alluded to that they have a friends with Benefits relationship. Am i right in thinking this?

Ie when fiddler wakes bottle up, bottle wakes up saying "not now smiles" and also in RG also a comment or two about smiles and bottle having a physical relationship.

To me Smiles doesn't really seem like the type of person to have that kind of relationship with anyone. I believe that when people mention Bottle and Smiles it is more them teasing Bottle than anything else, especially in response to his "intimate" relationship with Eres'al.
