Oh I've staked a claim to it and if I'm not paid off I'm bringing my dread into taking and holding the system. The best IH, can bring is 4 ships that can't hit very well while I can bring a dread and cruiser which can hit pretty good.

Am I missing something? you can't get your dread there for another turn minimum as evera is in the way. What do you want to not fight me for the system? And what are you offering me not to attack you there, seems like it is a lot more important to you than me.

You can offer me to delay my move to that system for your trade agreement pn with a promise that you won't reject any free refreshes and to relocate that destroyer when you move out next round.
