Malazan Empire: Character heights in the Malazan world - Malazan Empire

Something like this may have been done before, perhaps for races a whole or in the form as I mean it, if so, please direct me to it and we may continue on in that thread. What I would like to do here is list the heights of various characters we have encountered. When we don't have numbers we can come to estimates by comparing the various characters with each other. The big ones in particular have my interest.

I'll start with a few...

Anomander Rake-7ft
Icarium-7ft
Toblakai (the bodyguard)-7ft (and growing)
Karsa Orlong-9ft?
Baudin- about 6'6?
Kalam-about 6'6 (he and Baudin are both repeatedly described as big men)

Any suggestions?

What about Quick Ben? Silchas Ruin? Raest?Gothos? Calm? Heboric? Mappo? etc etc.
