As for invading I was going to bring just about everything I have, kill your ships, take at least one of those planets, and invade your home world next round first turn. Then I remembered that I had already used my action card throwing ships away against Twelve.

Yeah I was using tequ'ran not torkan. Mmm looking back I think I may have messed up formatting when posting from my phone, previous turn I hadn't exhausted Silvano, then it shows up as exhausted after my next turn but I didn't use it anywhere in the post.

So I was intending to use Silvano and torkan.

Yeah double checked last post Silvano suddenly showed up exhausted and I didn't notice. My mistake.

How do you want to resolve it Drek? Use the resources in the turn it showed up as exhausted as part of the warfare action, use them this turn or just lose the resources?
