Controlling a planet is, as Blend said, having infantry or a control token on the planet.

There's also controlling a system which means:

Tapper, I do not agree that the Ceasefire PN is worth what you are offering me in return. It is a powerfull tool, and something that can be sold on to other players and cause me great problems later on. A like for like on the other hand provides us both with an incentive to leave the other alone.

Nope, I'm wrong after all. I wasn't counting Logistics. Forgot that that token removed from the board goes back in your pools rather than just into the reinforcements.

I would think it an even and good trade, but per its own text I couldn't accept it to have a long term benefit until after I get control over Centauri-Gral.

I am happy to trade your Ceasefire for said PN now, then trade you back the Ceasefire for your version of that PN after we switch control of C-G.

Yeah, he never answered you about that, did he? It's your call whether to proceed or not. His turn is shortly after you, so he could take you up on it and exchange them on his turn.
