You are a dick. I let your ship stay there for the tech, I asked if you'd move it and you said yes. That's trust. I thought you would hamper Khell this round. The only way we can solve this is if you move the ships but the surprise is gone. I wanted to build the War Sun, before Twelve got to research that or Assault Cannons.
