Poutine sounds alright, just leave the cheese curds out please.
Mmmm ... chips and gravy.

AKA Fries covered in cheese curds and smothered in gravy.

I was in Montreal a month ago. Boswell had good beer and the potholes were absurd.
The skiing up at Mont Tremblant was very good, although I was not used to the length of course.

I didn't want to get too technical, but yes.
In fact when I was a young lad, my buddy worked at New York Fries, and whenever I ordered poutine while he was working, I made sure (and so did he) that he did it in layers so that ALL the fries from top to bottom bot cheese and gravy love.

I tried the KFC version of poutine. It was pretty gross tbh. I still ate it though because I was starving. I freckled the toilet bowl big time later on, believe you me. I would never let that experience prevent me from trying authentic Canadian poutine though.

This is what a real poutine looks like. This is the extra cheese poutine from Chez Gérard. The very best poutine in the world. Been going there since I was a teenager and I've brought over 150 foreigners there so they can experience the Québécois culinary delight that is poutine. Man, I'd eat one just about now!!!

Should you poutine, or should you grab Pat’s books?
Either way, yes.

Fair enough, I'll just stick with the chips drowned in rich, thick, dark gravy then. Oh man, now I want some. With salt.

Well, if you're going to desecrate perfectly good chips and gravy with disgusting cheese, maybe that's for the best.
