Even if it's not your first time playing Mafia, please read Tapper's FAQ thread. Malaz Mafia has some forum-specific quirks. that tend to get new players lynched early, both with and without good cause.

Hmm, so we are at 14 players so far?

How would everyone feel about playing with the setup described HERE?

I've been looking at other sites' game setups to get some inspiration for new game setups here, to inject a bit of new life to our games.

I initially thought of doing a two scum team game, but then I ran across this, and it seems like a very interesting setup without going into super complex roles. What do you all think?

Alright then, how about two paired killer teams vs RIs and a healer? So it would be 2v2v10?

I don't see how it would be a walkaway scum win.

It would be 3 killers on a team vs RIs plus a Healer, Finder, and Vig vs a SK.

The SK is immune to either scum kills or town abilities.

Killers get to kill once per night and block two of the town abilities, so town doesn't get to use all three abilities each night, they only get to use 1 of them, and that may change depending on scum's choices.

So basically it would be 3v10v1.
