Where did Silverfox place the T'lan Ay? Did she give them to Hood?

She freed them from the Vow that they had been caught up in and they went into the Beast Realm (the dream world of the Mhybe).
Yesterday, upon the stair, I saw a man who wasn't there. He wasn't there again today. Oh, how I wish he'd go away.
