Does anyone have any idea on a site that would have a release date calendar for Fantasy books. I have so many im waiting on and not sure when they are coming.

There is no specific website that I know of. I usually compile my own list using Amazon and other sites. A more or less good one is fantastic fiction. Click on coming soon, sort by genre.

Io9, nerdist and Tor all do variations of 'what's coming out next month' articles. They're rarely 100% complete, but pretty close and the commenters tend to cover anything missed.
