This isn't the last buffy game. You may be right, but I am not ruling anything out.

So, does anyone here actually know anything about Buffy other than me? I'm talking about the show, obviously.

The quotes used by PS help narrow down the threats we should be looking at for me a bit since they've all been season 2 territory. I was pretty sure that's be what this covered, but now I'm sure. That means that we're likely looking at a lover's pair of Spike and Drusilla. They've likely got instructions to hunt and recruit Angel since a large part of their plot from season 2 involved turning him to Angelus again. There were a couple other villians in the season - another vamp that didn't play well with Spike and Drusilla as well as a demon that they summoned. With numbers what they are, my bet is on Spike and Drusilla though.

I don't, I kinda stopped watching the show after Season 1.

I'm surprised that there was such resistance to the Osseric lynch Day 1, but their Day 2 play seems quite RI-like. Then again, it could be good acting. And in a no-revals game pointing out players as "likely roled" , when the only way t verify that is via CF seems a bit... WIFOMish.

Anyhow, work is hectic, but I'll be around.

I don't find Osseric's play RI-like either. He's erratic and appears to have more info that he'll admit. Rashan looks spooky to me too, for the reasons I mentioned earlier. Currently considering these two for a vote.

That being said, near end of day, if you're trying to start a different wagon, it's a pretty scummy thing to do. At that point in the day, it was either pile on the Osseric wagon, or refrain from voting. Voting elsewhere just makes you seem like you're trying to detract attention from an Osseric lynch.

Exactly. If you really feel the need to start a different train, do it at the beginning of the next day. Yes, make your point so that if you end up dead, survivors can come back to it, but don't try to derail. It's honestly better to refrain from voting on a bad train (as I did) than to place a vote on a new player that late in the day.

Exactly - no one is telling you what you should or shouldn't do, but if you do something I consider to be scummy, I will point it out and tell you why I think it's scummy.

As you can see, it hasn't materialized into a vote on you, because unlike you, I treat a faction game as a faction game, so don't automatically think scummy moves deserve votes, cause scummy is irrelevant in this case.

What I'm looking for are things that stand out to me as someone trying to protect someone else (such as, potentially, their faction leader, or a lover, or some other connection I haven't thought of).

Clearly you're not as tired of them as me. I've spent almost every Day 1 since the Venice game repeating the same point.

That being said, it started out as a half-serious vote. But it matured by the end of the day, especially in light of me thinking that the alternative (Amp) was un-helpful, but not a vampire.
