Personally, I'd have the first recruited vampire that's left alive inherit. It makes sense, not only Spike and Drusilla can make vampires, right?

It's tempting, but if Angel turns that could be a radical game changer.

Ooooh, fancy! I'd still give a recruit the power if Thyr dies, otherwise yeah, it basically becomes impossible for the vampires to win in a lynch off cause of Buffy's Find. Mind you, the no reveals rule would severely curtail Buffy's find ability too, so maybe not that big of a deal.
