Who keeps track of the names of Scum characters like that? In the case of this particular game, readers of the works of Steven Erikson, to which these forums are dedicated. I'm not at all surprised a player would refer to any of the roles by their proper names.

Now I'm curious as to what drew you to these forums, Mr. House. Was it The Malazan Book of the Fallen? Or is it just a place to play Mafia for someone who has been Run Out of Town on a Rail elsewhere.

Whereas if I'm wrong, the real BG knows their ass is flapping in the breeze because I've been quite open about who my heal target is barring a BG claim elsewhere.

If the BG doesn't claim today, there's a solid chance they die tonight, and it gets a lot worse tomorrow night.

Average Malaz distro varies from 1:2.5 to 1:3, depending on the mod. Add in the roles, and it's not super-unbalanced, imo. As long as you got no modkillable.

Galain makes a lot of noise today about Jalan and Merrid. If they're symp, then the chances of either of those two being killers drops off somewhat I reckon. Now in their analysis today, Galain also starts off with Denul - says some sensible things about them, but then drops that line of thought in favour of Merrid and Jalan. It's like a soft, "now this person could be scummy, but then again maybe not, what do I know?" Galain also seems to gently nudge thinking toward Denul possibly being a symp, i.e. not someone for town to think about lynching curently.
