That's really messed up. On my cable box the listing for the upcoming episode just says "Episode 66" (with no description underneath). This is the way I prefer it. I even felt last week's episode revealed too much with the title "Eastwatch", because you knew the episode was going to visit the goings on of the BWB and The Hound. The whole idea is to be surprised and not even have one inclination what is going to happen, right? I try to keep in that way for myself. I find I really enjoy the episode a whole lot more and I'm also more engaged.

In Episode 66, the wights find a buried scroll, upon which is written Prophecy 66. It foresees the dead rising up against their masters. They rebel and kill the White Walkers in a surprise turnabout.

Wasn't it season 5 when the first four episodes leaked at once? I heard something about some streamer dudes in India being sued over GOT leaks, but I have no idea how they would have gotten their hands on it.

They weren't "streamer dudes". They had the actual files, and uploaded them to the net. And as far as I know, all 4 men work for Star which is the affiliate in India that airs HBO shows.

My main problem with the leaks mostly comes from other forums. People who have obviously read or seen spoilers, making "predictions" that end up being true. I'm glad people here are better than that!

This episode leaked because HBO Spain were giving Episode 6 rather than 5. They uploaded it and it was on their website for two hours before it was pulled, plenty of time for hundreds of people to DL it (and it's in full HD quality with decent sound, although it sounds like a few of the rips had more awful sound).

The first link I saw at r/freefolk was supposed to have good sound, but it had been taken down by the time I got to it, so I just settled for the first thing that came my way because I hate searching these dodgy sites more than I hate shit audio. I'll watch it again on Sunday; I'm on 0606 in my rewatch and I should be finished by then, hopefully.

Was the planted note by Littlefinger a legitimate letter from Sansa or was it forged? I sorta remember Sansa was forced by Cersie in an earlier season to compose a message to Rob and lie about what was happening in King's Landing (about her love for Joffrey and his legitimate claim to the Iron Throne). Also, aren't any messages with a House seal pretty much impossible to forge?

I think the distinction is important, because Arya would be able to spot a fake, correct?

He got it from the Maester; the Maester said it was from Maester Luwin's records. And yes, Sansa was forced to write it under duress. As Catelyn told Robb, it was Cersei's letter, not Sansa's, and I believe Maester Luwin said something similar to Bran. (Sansa sent one to Winterfell, another to Robb, another to the Eyrie, and maybe one to Riverrun too...I can't remember.)

I see. So this begs the question. Has Littlefinger ever trained under the house of black and white? He always seems to be one step ahead. While Arya is still new to the order, she's no slouch. So I wonder if Littlefinger has more experience with this sort of thing. I mean to pull one over Arya at Winterfell is not for any novice. You know what I'm sayin?

I dunno, Arya was never fully trained herself, and for all the skills she gained, she's still a kid. But Littlefinger's family did come from Braavos, so...

I found this interesting. I'm not a fan of manipulating genes to produce "designer pets".

I think the point of the hamhanded "Baelish manipulates Arya still" set-up was to show that despite all of the training and the dumb "feel good moments" Arya has had over the seasons, she's still an angry and terrible person like most other people on the show. She's literally doing the "I have a hammer, therefore everything is a nail" thing by telling Sansa to murder bannermen.

I see friends saying on social media that they need to be more like Arya. No, you lunatics! Arya sucks beyond the momentary glee from murdering people. Don't be Arya. She's bad at sneaking around too. Verify Baelish is outside the hall and exit by window, damnit.

Jaime humping 150 miles or whatever the distance was between the river and King's Landing on foot in about 10 minutes was hilarious. It's the second best teleport of the series besides Euron's nautical achievements. He hasn't changed as a character significantly since the Brienne bath scene. So he's going to go down with Cersei because the two of them can't quit each other.

One thing that intrigued me about the most recent legit episode was that Tyrion spent a minute saying to Jaime that he didn't ask to be born a dwarf. That's extremely fraught emotional territory and one that got me thinking as a disabled person myself - I wonder what Dinklage thinks about delivering those lines. Neither of us has Tyrion's experience with his father tormenting him (chief among many others) for being a dwarf and the mother's death. That's some extremely fucked up things to wrap up into the disabled concept that many struggle with even without the fucked up stuff. It was an interesting acting moment to see and Dinklage did great with it, as did Nikolaj Coster-Waldau.
I survived the Permian and all I got was this t-shirt.

The episode leaked. I watched it. There were some set leak spoilers I saw before the season started, so the big shocks of the episode were not a shock to me. Can't wait to see it again on Sunday with proper audio.

One thing that sucks about watching early is that you have no one to talk to about it. B) I could talk to some random people I don't know on r/freefolk or something, I guess...

If there's anything you're dying to know about it, PM me. Not even going to tempt anyone with spoiler-tagged stuff.

Watched it too. If you want to talk PM me.

What would training at the house have to do with scheming? Do you just mean him noticing that Arya was spying on him? She wasn't using other faces to spy and he very likely has informers in the castle to let him know that Arya is watching him. And knowing that Arya is hot tempered, and has a history with her sister is not hard.

He is expert at manipulating people.

Tatts early in SH game: Hmm, so if I'm liberal I should have voted Nein to make sure I'm president? I'm not that selfish

Tatts later in SAME game: I'm going to be a corrupt official. I have turned from my liberal ways, and now will vote against the pesky liberals. Viva la Fascism.
When Venge's turn comes, he will get a yes from Mess, Dolmen, Nevyn and Venge but a no from the 3 fascists and me. **** with my Government, and i'll **** with yours

What's going on with the little guy in the Vale. The little dude who was breast feeding at too old an age. Is he ever supposed to make an appearance again? I believe Littlefinger had him under his control.

"Sweet" Robin Arryn is murdering small animals somewhere.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

Nothing to do with GoT but NOW.

My free month was 7-16/8-16. It is $14.99 a month and I expected to have gift cards with this price I could just buy each month. I didn't find any, only $25 and I was kinda worried about getting fucked over on monthly basis over time. I was pleased that they used the whole $25 and seemed to stretch it out appropriately. My sub is now good from 8-16 to 10-5.

I'd encourage everyone to look into this service if you have the spare $.

I will, the second HBO wrests back control of its Canada brand and licensing from Bell.

Aw man! I checked my cable box listing again for the upcoming episode and now it has a title: "Beyond the Wall". Dammit HBO! I was just fine with "Episode 66"! It still has no description underneath, so lets just keep it like that, kay? The title alone suggests where the focus will be, so no need to add anything else, that's it, kay?

So why would you look up the listing AGAIN in the first place? You already looked it up before, what reason could you have to look it up 48 hours again before the show? I swear, I would almost start thinking you went there deliberately hoping they "Spoiled" something so you could rant about it.

It was an accident friend. I was looking for the last episode to dvr so I could watch it again and accidentally picked the new one. It happens, you know. It's really not that big of a deal. I mean the previews from the last episode sorta reveals that Jon and the magnificent frozen are going on their mission impossible. So buddy, take a few deep breaths and don't take what I say so seriously, kay?
