Tea breaks are lunch breaks yes.
Usually a half hour at 10 and a half hour at like 1.30

I try and avoid the chip vans and hot food, so unhealthy. But so convenient and tasty.
Also you don't be long racking up a tight weekly food spend. Making the lunch is healthier, cheaper and leaves you with more time for yourself on your break

Boredom, staring below the surface of a river + an unstable rock.

It was in the orchard, which is separated from the houses by the garden (maybe half a click across?) all downhill. The river's at the very edge of the orchard, the only conscious thought in my mind was "screaming is useless, no one will hear you" .

But I grabbed onto the shore in my flailings and climbed out. This was the 2nd of the 3 times I drowned in my childhood. And then I went on to be a lifeguard for many years, funny how that turned out.
