Ethlered the Unready, a Dragonborn Barbarian
Elite Member of the Bonehunters / HP = 15

Dragonborn look very much like dragons standing erect in humanoid form, though they lack wings or a tail. As a dragonborn, you automatically have one of the following abilities:

Acid Breath (Night Action): You deal 1 point of ongoing magic damage to target player. This means that the player will continue taking 1 damage per night cycle until they receive some form of magical healing. The ongoing damage stacks.

Rage (Free Day or Night Action) Cost - 0 AP: If you use this during the Day, your votes count as two votes, however you will not be able to use Night Actions while you recover. If you use this during the night, you take half damage from weapons, but your votes will not count during the next Day cycle (you can place votes, and they'll be added to the vote count on thread, but they will not count towards the total votes needed). You may use this ability as a free action.

Path of the Juggernaut

Battleaxe (Night Action) Cost - 0 AP: Each night you may choose a target. That target takes 3 weapon damage.

Unstoppable (Passive) Cost - 3 AP: You are immune to all guards and stuns.

Shameless Henry, the Human Barbarian
Leader of the Fifth / HP = 25

Humans are the most adaptable and ambitious people among the common races. They have widely varying tastes, morals, and customs in the many different lands where they have settled. As a human, you will be allowed to have one of your spells or abilities cause 1 additional point of damage, or 1 additional point of healing for the entirety of the game.

Announcement: Once per day, you may have PS post an on-thread message from you. You can say anything you want in this message.

Extra Attack (Bonus Night Action) Cost - 3 AP: You can do the same attack twice instead of once during a night cycle. These count as two separate attacks, and can target the same player or two different players.

Relentless Rage (Passive) Cost - 6 AP: Using your rage ability does not incur its penalties.

Path of the Totem Warrior

Eagle

Dual-Wielding Daggers (Night Action) Cost - 0 AP: Each night you may choose a target. That target takes 4 weapon damage.

Totem Spirit (Passive) Cost - 1 AP: While raging during the night cycle, the first attack directed at you will miss.

Hamatsa Haida, the Dragonborn Wizard
Heir of the Bridgeburners / HP = 20

Dragonborn look very much like dragons standing erect in humanoid form, though they lack wings or a tail. As a dragonborn, you automatically have one of the following abilities:

Cold Breath (Night Action): You deal 1 point of magic damage to one target player, and guard them for the same night cycle.

Inheritance: If your faction leader dies, you take his place, gain 2 hit points, and receive his non-chosen ability, plus 4 additional ability points which which you can purchase extra chosen abilities.

As a wizard you receive 2 additional AP when doing your initial ability choices.

Fire Bolt (Night Action) Cost - 0 AP: Once per night, you may choose a target player. That player takes 2 magic damage.

Find Familiar (Passive) Cost - 2 AP: You have one of the familiars detailed below. You control one additional alt whose abilities are also detailed below.

  • Sprite: It has 1 HP and its votes do not count. As a night action, it can cast a faction find on target player. You will be told target player's faction.

Unseen Servant (Passive) Cost - 2 AP: You control one additional alt, however it is invisible and no one knows about it, so I won't actually give you an additional alt. This alt's existence doesn't effect how many votes are needed to lynch a player, however you can use this 'alt' to vote for a lynch. The vote will count, but will not be noted on thread.

Vampiric Touch (Night Action) Cost - 3 AP: You cause 3 magic damage to target player and gain 1 HP as long as this attack hits.

Vash the Half-Elf Rogue
Leader of the Bridgeburners / HP = 25

Walking in two worlds but truly belonging to neither, half-elves combine what some say are the best qualities of their elf and human parents: human curiosity, inventiveness, and ambition tempered by the refined senses, love of nature, and artistic tastes of the elves. As a half-elf, you automatically have the following ability:

Fey Ancestry (Passive): You cannot be charmed or put to sleep by magical means.

Announcement: Once per day, you may have PS post an on-thread message from you. You can say anything you want in this message.

Arcane Trickster Abilities

Mage Hand (Passive) Cost - 0 AP: You control one additional alt. It is both lynch proof and bullet proof, however its votes do not count (it can place a vote, and it will be added to the vote count, but it won't count towards the total votes needed for a lynch). Each night, your mage hand can attack a target player for 1 point of weapon damage.

Fire Bolt (Night Action) Cost - 1 AP: Once per night, you may choose a target player. That player takes 2 magic damage.

Versatile Trickster (Night Action) Cost - 3 AP: Once per night, you may choose a target player. Your mage hand shoves that player, making them miss whoever they are targeting.

Spell Thief (Night Action) Cost - 6 AP: Once per night you may choose a target player. If that player is a spellcaster, you learn the highest level spell from their chosen abilities. You can use this ability until you have stolen 6 AP's worth of spells.

Sir Cecil Crushington, the Rock Gnome Paladin
Leader of the Bonehunters / HP = 25

As a rock gnome, you have a natural inventiveness and hardiness beyond that of other gnomes. As a rock gnome, you automatically have the following ability:

Clockwork Toy (Passive): You control 1 additional alt. Its votes don’t count, it cannot attack at night, and it only has 1 HP, however its existence will affect the amount of people needed in order to lynch a player. If it is lynched or otherwise killed, it will CF as a Clockwork Toy.

Announcement: Once per day, you may have PS post an on-thread message from you. You can say anything you want in this message.

Lay on Hands (Night Action) Cost - 0 AP: You have a pool of 10 HP. Each night, you may choose to heal one player for 1 or more HP, until you have used up all 10 HP in your pool.

Attack (Night Action) Cost - 0 AP: You attack with your weapon. Target player takes 3 weapon damage.

Dueling: You carry a dueling saber. All weapon attacks made by you do 1 additional damage. All weapon attacks targeting you do 1 less damage.

Thunderous Smite (Bonus Night Action) Cost - 1 AP: The first attack on which you hit your target after casting this spell does 1 additional magic damage. The night scene will also include the following: "A loud crashing boom emanates from Player".

Oath of the Ancients

The Oath of the Ancients is as old as the race of elves and the rituals of the druids. Sometimes called fey knights, green knights, or horned knights, paladins who swear this oath cast their lot with the side of the light in the cosmic struggle against darkness because they love the beautiful and life-giving things of the world, not necessarily because they believe in principles of honor, courage, and justice.

Condition - Shelter the Light: You may not cause damage to other paladins, clerics, members of your own party, or any non-magical, non-player controlled creature. If you do so, you will lose half of your current HP and become an Oathbreaker (further information about being an Oathbreaker paladin will be shared with you if this happens).

Channel Divinity - Nature's Wrath (Night Action) Cost - 1 AP: Instead of your attack, you may guard target player. Their night action will automatically fail.

Misty Step (Night Action) Cost - 3 AP: If you use this as an action, the first two attacks targeting you during the night cycle will miss.

Aura of Warding (Passive Action) Cost - 5 AP: Only one aura spell/ability can be active at a time. While this aura is active, all members of your party take 1 less damage from all sources of damage. (This counts once for each attack made against you, not once for all attacks made against you).

Redshirt the Clanless, the Wood Elf Barbarian
Survivor / HP = 25

As a wood elf, you have keen senses and intuition, and your fleet feet carry you quickly and stealthily through your native forests. As a Wood Elf, you automatically gain the following ability:

Mask of the Wild (Passive): You take half damage from the first incoming source of damage during every night cycle.

Relentless Rage (Passive) Cost - 6 AP: Using your rage ability does not incur its penalties.

Path of the Juggernaut

Battleaxe (Night Action) Cost - 0 AP: Each night you may choose a target. That target takes 3 weapon damage.

Rushing Attack (Passive) Cost - 1 AP: While raging, your attacks have first strike. This means they will be resolved before any other actions in the resolution order.

Unstoppable (Passive) Cost - 3 AP: You are immune to all guards and stuns.

Globberfaced Mccunty the Stout Halfling Druid
Elite Member of the Fifth / HP = 15

As a stout halfling, you're hardier than average and have some resistance to poison. Any spells targeting you which deal ongoing damage instead only deal one-time damage.

Staff (Night Action) Cost - 0 AP: Each night you may choose a target. That player takes 3 weapon damage.

Wild Shape (Bonus Night Action) Cost - 0 AP: During a night cycle you may choose to change shapes into a creature of your choice from the below list. Each creature type gives you a different benefit. The following night cycle you will automatically revert to your regular form. You cannot shape change two nights in a row. You cannot shape change into the same animal twice in a row. If you die in animal shape, your CF will show you dying as the animal you have changed into reverting back to druid form.
  • Wolf: Your weapon attack becomes a bite, and deals 4 weapon damage.
  • Eagle: Your weapon attack becomes an action find. You will be told the name of any actions used by target player during this night cycle.
  • Bear: Instead of attacking with your weapon, you first bite one target player for 2 weapon damage, then claw the same target player for 3 weapon damage. These count as two separate attacks for resistance purposes.
  • Panther: Instead of attacking with your weapon, you pounce on target player, guarding them.
  • Owl: Your weapon attack becomes a target find. You are told the alt name of any player that targets you with a night action during this night cycle.
  • Bat: Your weapon attack becomes a draining bite. It deals 2 weapon damage and you regain 2 HP.

Circle of the Land

Additional Ability Point (Free Passive) Cost - 0 AP: All druids who choose Circle of the Land start with 1 additional AP.

As a member of this circle, your magic is influenced by the land where you were initiated into the circle's mysterious rites. Choose one of the lands below, and you have access to the spells under the land you've chosen:

Grassland

Haste (Day Action) Cost - 4 AP: Target player will be able to perform an additional basic attack during the next night cycle, but will be unable to vote during the next day cycle.

Grrarp One-Balled the Dragonborn Barbarian
Heir of the Bonehunters / HP = 20

Dragonborn look very much like dragons standing erect in humanoid form, though they lack wings or a tail. As a dragonborn, you automatically have one of the following abilities:

Cold Breath (Night Action): You deal 1 point of magic damage to one target player, and guard them for the same night cycle.

Inheritance: If your faction leader dies, you take his place, gain 2 hit points, and receive his non-chosen ability, plus 4 additional ability points which which you can purchase extra chosen abilities.

Reckless Attack (Bonus Night Action) Cost - 1 AP: You can choose to use this in addition to a weapon attack to double the damage of your weapon attack. However, the first attack to hit you during the same night cycle will do double damage.

Path of the Totem Warrior

Bear

Unarmed Strike (Night Action) Cost - 0 AP: Each night you may choose a target. That target takes 3 weapon damage.

Totem Spirit (Passive) Cost - 1 AP: While raging during the night cycle, the damage reduction applies to magic damage as well as weapon damage.

Aspect of the Beast (Passive) Cost - 3 AP: While raging during the night cycle, you take 1/4 damage instead of 1/2 damage from weapons. This stacks with Totem Spirit.

Minsc, the Lightfoot Hafling Paladin
Elite Member of the Bridgeburners / HP = 15 7

As a lightfoot halfling, you can easily hide from notice, even using other people as cover. As a Lightfoot Halfling, you automatically gain the following ability:

Naturally Stealthy (Passive): The first weapon attack targeting you during each night cycle misses.

Defense: You carry a sword and shield. All weapon attacks targeting you do 2 less damage.

Divine Smite (Passive) Cost - 1 AP: Your attack action does 1 additional point of magic damage. If target player is a construct (i.e. a player's secondary alt) or has been brought back from the dead by magical means, double the bonus magic damage.

Detect Magic (Night Action) Cost - 1 AP: You are told whether or not target player is a spellcaster.

Oath of Vengeance

The Oath of Vengeance is a solemn commitment to punish those who have committed a grievous sin. When
evil forces slaughter helpless villagers, when an entire people turns against the w ill of the gods, when a thieves’ guild grows too violent and powerful, when a dragon rampages through the countryside — at times like these, paladins arise and swear an Oath of Vengeance to set right that which has gone wrong. To these paladins — sometimes called avengers or dark knights — their own purity is not as important as delivering justice.

Condition - No Mercy: Once you target a player with an attack action, you may not attack any other player until your target player is dead. You may still heal other players, but all attacks made by you must target this player. If you choose to target another player, you will take half your remaining HP in damage and become an Oathbreaker (further information about being an Oathbreaker paladin will be shared with you if this happens).

Channel Divinity - Vow of Enmity (Bonus Night Action) Cost - 1 AP: Target player will take 1 additional damage from any attacks made by you until they are dead. If your attack does weapon damage, the additional damage will count as weapon damage. If it is magic damage, it will count as magic damage.

Aura of Hate (Passive) Cost - 0 AP: This aura is always active. You and your party members always take 1 additional damage from all incoming sources of damage and do 1 additional magic damage on all your attacks.

Dominate Person (Night Action) Cost - 3 AP: Once per night, you may choose a target player. You control their alt for the following day cycle. You cannot choose the same alt twice.

Lionel the Half-Orc Warlock
Heir of the Fifth / HP = 20 15 11 4 6

Half-orcs’ grayish pigmentation, sloping foreheads, jutting jaws, prominent teeth, and towering builds make their orcish heritage plain for all to see. As a half-orc, you automatically have the following ability:

Relentless Endurance (Passive): The first time you are reduced to 0 HP, you are instead reduced to 1 HP.

Announcement: Once per day, you may have PS post an on-thread message from you. You can say anything you want in this message.

Inheritance: If your faction leader dies, you take his place, gain 2 hit points, and receive his non-chosen ability, plus 4 additional ability points which which you can purchase extra chosen abilities.

Eldritch Blast (Night Action) Cost - 0 AP: You shoot two beams of energy at one or two target players. Each beam causes 1 point of magic damage.

Prestidigitation (Day Action) Cost - 1 AP: You can do one of the following once per day - 1) Make a shower of sparks shoot from one player's hands. PS will announce on thread that a player's hands are shooting sparks. 2) Make an odd odor emanate from a player (your choice what the player will smell like) - PS will announce on thread that the player smells like whatever you've chosen.

Chill Touch (Night Action) Cost - 1 AP: Once per night, you touch target player with cold magic, causing 3 magic damage.

Counterspell (Reaction) Cost - 3 AP: As a reaction to the first magic attack to hit you, it instead misses.

Otherworldly Patron

You have struck a bargain with an otherworldly being of your choice: the Archfey, the Fiend, or the Great Old One. You MUST choose one of these patrons, and can then choose abilities granted by your patron as detailed below.

The Great Old One

Awakened Mind (Night Action) Cost - 1 AP: You may open a lover conversation with target player during the next day cycle.

Entropic Ward (Passive) Cost - 3 AP: Any player targeting you with a night action will take 1 additional damage from all sources during the same night cycle they targeted you.

Pact Boon

Your otherworldly patron bestows a gift upon you for your loyal service. You gain one of the following features of your choice for free.

Pact of the Chain

Your patron grants you a familiar. You control one additional alt whose abilities are detailed below.

Great Old One: Your familiar is a Quasit. It has 5 HP and its votes do count. It has no night actions.

Eldritch Invocations

In your study of occult lore, you have unearthed eldritch invocations, fragments of forbidden knowledge that imbue you with an abiding magical ability.

Armor of Shadows (Night Action): During the next day cycle, the first and last votes on you will not count towards a lynch.

Chains of Carceri (Free Night Action): You may only choose this invocation if you have chosen the Pact of the Chain. Whoever your familiar attacks will also be guarded. If your familiar is a Quasit, it gains the ability to guard target player during the night cycle.

Dreadful Word (Night Action): Once per game, you may choose a target player. Whenever target player votes on the following day, his vote will actually be placed on a player of your choice.

Minions of Chaos (Passive): You may not choose this invocation if you are a regular faction member. At the beginning of the game, you summon one or more elementals as follows: 1) One elemental whose votes count and who has one BP. This elemental DOES affect the number of votes needed to lynch someone. 2) Two elementals whose votes do not count and who have a BP. These elementals DO affect the number of votes necessary to lynch someone. 3) Four elementals whose votes do not count. These elementals DO NOT count towards the total number of votes needed to lynch someone. For alts whose votes do not count, the alts can vote, but their votes won't count towards a lynch. You will be given a number of additional alts equal to the number of elementals that you summon. All elementals have 1 HP. A BP prevents all forms of damage for one night cycle.
