For those not familiar with the world of death note, its a great show, highly reccomend.

Though you're still in a state of unbelief, L has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that Kira can kill anyone without so much as laying a finger. The race is on to stop this mass murderer and if it has any associates, god help them.

You can count on the detective prowess of L to help you put this criminal away. Rumors in the department abound that the fbi has sent some agents to apprehend the murderer as well. L has through masked voice told you all he does have an insurance policy to protect us... Kinda, details were vague so you're unsure whether or not its something you can count on.
