I came to Canada at the end of 1999, and I absorbed all TV I could (never had cable back home, so it was all new). Never encountered this.

I get what you're saying, but the whole point of saying "game" is to not make that distinction. Categories should be broad, like animal, vegetable, mineral, so the drawing speaks for itself.
