If Feather Witch is a ghost, why does she still have the Errant's eyeball? How did she and the ghosts know what to do in order to help the K'Chain Che'Malle? I'm guessing the drone Sulkit told them but how would such a creature know how to create a finnest out of a god's eyeball?

I haven't started The Crippled God yet. Gonna start it right now.

I modgod'd the thread title since you found the answer to the Barghast question already.

FW was a ghost absorbed by Icarium's device back in RG, but when she died she had already forced herself on the Errant as his destriant. The link was there, the ghost eyeball was just how the ghosts saw it.

Icarium knew what to do and the ghosts were already part of him.

Strange is just a state of mind. I sometimes watch anime and am baffled by some of the events, whereas people with a different cultural background find it easily understandable. Crouching tiger, hidden dragon has flying ninja's.
