Help identifying artist

Someone uploaded an image to the Wiki but gave no details about the artist. The same person then replaced the image with a blank... and apparently, the global wiki account for the user no longer exists.

If you could help identify the artist and where one might be able to get hold of him/her, that would be great

I just set it back to the first version so everyone can see it. I will reverse it back to the blank version if we can't locate the artist.

As you are the more active one over there... could you ask for permission for us to us it... and any other Malazan stuff the artist has... and whether she wants to take part in the calendar... etc.. etc...
