There's a scene in this book in Sha'ik's tent, where there is a discussion of hot and cold iron temperaments, where it is mentioned that Coltaine and Korbolo fought nine battles on the Chain of Dogs, where Korbolo won only one. But back in DG, Korbolo only arrives at Vather Crossing, where he nearly breaks the chain. Are they counting Kamist Reloe's battles as Korbolo's, because otherwise I don't see how that makes the count. When Korbolo showed up, Coltaine started needing lucky breaks to survive, like the Khundryl and the TTG. Is Mathok being unfair to Korbolo, or is he referring to some things I'm not catching?

Technically Dom was in command of the entire Whirlwind army pursuing the Chain. He didn't lead every attack, but there it is.

In the two maps for the chain of dogs are ten battles marked.
Bat'rol, Sekala and Gelor against Reloe and Vathar, Sanimon, Tathimon, Dojal, Balahn, Ramp and Barrow againts Dom.
Could be a mistake by Mathok or he is counting some other battles, that weren't mentioned.
