........... couldn't possibly be talking about Patch, because he's one of the nicest people I've ever known....:p

He's never done anything to frustrate, annoy, irritate or upset anyone. In fact he has produced the Draconean tree at great personal cost, taunte.. I mean tainted us with knowledge not yet in print... quality of course, quantity is irrelevant...... :)

all we really need is another snippet to keep us fired up until Feb '06.

I am totally dissatisfied with the Prologue...
I've read it and read it and it doesn't get any longer or more complicated, nothing new happens, the story doesn't seem to have developed over the past 12 months or so... :D

roll on March 1st.... getting a little bit excited now.
I need to know what the Gral is up to, need to see what the Imass want with Barathol, want to know who this Banaschar guy is and who's done the priests in in the temple of D'rek....

I really like the Trolbarahl story that's iniated here, I hope that gets an interesting conclusion.

HAH! "Conclusion" Mith?? That's a myth ( :) )....it'll NEVER happen until a few years AFTER the entire series ends and Opponn's spinning coin finally drops and we understand what SE was on about after all....

Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

*pats hands* There there, dear, it'll be OK. :D

Actually I have managed to refrain from continous re-reading of the prologue, as tempting as it is... it's too upsetting... though less than two months, and we shall all be (momentarily) happy! :D
