Sorry I've been busy. Good point on the alting... I'll have to kill a bottle of wine tonite and post nonsense.
I agree that Korlat seems a bit overly helpful. That looks a bit too much like scum trying to blend in.

I think Korlat will be a bad choice for a D1 lynch as of this moment. They're active on thread which I like to see.
There is of course the possibility they're the FM establishing themselves as chief noisy so that when they jump there is no pressure to sustain someone elses high posting volumes...
There is also an SK out there... I think the italics are an odd touch. I can't think of anyone using them in recent games much.

Here Ano makes a very good point:
The sooner everyone has alted everyone else the better because the FM then needs to pull of a convincing imitation rather than pulling out the "busy day at work" routine for a few Days before jumping again.
For the record, I have nothing coming up that will alter or adjust when I am available to post either this week or the next.
Of course this makes the FM have to work a little more. We also need higher participation to get that SK narrowed down too. That means posting people! (or posting, people perhaps but I am overly fond of the comma - these days we tend to notice if someone tries pretending to be a box)

This is very slow stuff people.
Surely we all need to post more to make it harder for the FM to hide later?
Will commence a no poster pogrom poste haste

I LARGELY agree with this.
I have a stomache bug, been off work and away frm the PC for quite a bit. I will update you all on the grisly details of the illness daily in supplication for my inevitable low posting.
I'll also talk alot about contract law. Will spout parts of paragraphs

Is there much of a difference between spouting law and vomit?

Well, that only took 45 mins. to read. And after a day of solid zilch, too.
Got me a vote. On the basis of... only one post.
Okat, i'll see what I can do on the silly pic, silly vid front.

I can oblige with technical details of IMPs and a Tops2000 running walk-sequencing and 2C/Inward sort plans if anyone is really interested as that's what I'm playing with this and next week...
Is a lynch still an option given the late RoD? At this point I'll switch anywhere within reason for a lynch

Still no Togg. But that could just be a disgruntled RI.

Well turns out according to clause 1.132 2.1 of the practice manual the definition of debt is:
"That which is owed or due; anything (as money, goods, service) which one person is under obligation to pay or render to another"
It has been held that a debt may include an obligation to give specific performance and Advocates Maisels and Kinghorn in legal opinion to ihe institute were of the view that the word 'debt' in the 1969 Act must be given a similar wide meaning and could not be confined to claims for liquidated sums of money or even unliquidated claims for damages.
In short, 'wheres my money?'
That said I'm in favor of the low post pogrom so long as we're all in agreement to also consider players not contributing to actual discussion. Nonsense for nonsense sake is bad for team RI.

In other news I've visited the john so often these last 2 days I may need to buy a new greatest book of Sudoku part 2.

My contribution to being me will be the wildly random posting times - and amazing deductive skills, obviously.

I think we have about three hours left and I suspect we may have a no lynch. I will
Vote Togg
just in case. I agree with it on the basis of eliminating the 'easiest' target for an FM. I would emphasise, however, that on future days we need to be very circumspect about who we lynch, and even consider no lynching if we don't have strong cases, because with both an FM and an SK, we're looking at potentially up to three town deaths a day, with an incorrect lynch included.

I dislike the idea of voting for someone who is on the edge of modkill. That said, we'd get a full CF. Since I'm already there I guess I'll stay.

The way I see it, it's either lynch them now or they're modkilled anyway; or we lynch elsewhere and potentially see four town deaths if we lynch wrong and Togg turns out to be a modkilled townie. Or there is no lynch and Togg is not modkilled, in which case we cross that road when we come to it.

Damn it Fener, I don't like to agree with you. You're right though. We're more likely to lynch town than either the FM or SK at this point. At least this way, e have the advantage of seeing the cf as well as knowing that were really only losing one instead of the two that the modkill would set-up.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to get the baby to sleep.
