I'm happy to hit out at Monok. The reason I suggested Mockra and not Monok is my suspicion that Monok could be one of the double alts. But that's not based on anything concrete, just that they were happy to show their allegiances quite early on.

Obviously, no idea what might happen at night, but unless it's something drastic, we probably won't have enough players amongst us to lynch a Fifth member. So lynches are pointless from our perspective - doubly so as the vote train will make clear our remaining members.
So my suggestion is that we form a temporary alliance, and all focus our abilities on one or two specific people who most seem like part of the Fifth in order to grind them down and even the teams out - Mockra, for example, might be a good bet.

Hmmm. My warlock instincts warn me against this strategy. Since I think you are likely a bonehunter...

The fact that you're likely in the Fifth is actually what warns you from this strategy.

Monok seems like a good place to start. Then we could look at Mockra, but I'd lean towards Fener myself. Clearly in the fifth, and revealed warlock to suggest he isn't actually in the leadership. Transparent.

This is why I am going to try and avoid doing faction games in my future designs - people have become too reticent to post for free of providing actual content...meaning the game isn't as interesting and we get mass modkills....and that aint fair to Blend at all.
Of course, I am guilty of this as well to which I apologize to glorious PS.

We're in the second week of the game and 6 alts have posted less than 20 times
6 alts, in a game where there are only 12 people
Replay rant[ It's pretty simple, if you open your mouth in a mafia game on this site you get lynched. You people as players have made it this way. I tried to fight this game after game after game, but all ever got me was an early exit to what ever game I was playing. So i gave up. I'm low posting on purpose to try and get a few day out of the game. Because I know if I try to add content I will be swinging from a rope. It's sad that I'm trying to hide just to play the game. So piss off, I told all of you that allowing games to be played this way would lead to boring games like this, and now you are reaping what you have sown.] end broken record rant
TBF you don't always get lynched
Thread should be loud, thread should be noisy, thread should have everyone interacting lots. Some games have it, some games like this one most people just clam up. I high-posted through D1 in the hopes that other people would act likewise. They didn't
Look at you - you now have 10 posts. Yet your posts don't sound like an alt who is low posting, they sound like someone who is exactly aware of where thread is. Were this a M&P I'd be building a case to ram down your throat because you've plainly been paying a lot of attention but posting very little
Perhaps it is time we introduced a new rule: Post 10 times per game Day or get modkilled. Or some such ilk. Shin would suffer and there'd be more thin posting from some but at least there would be something to look at when building a case
Until we as a collective group make low posting a lynching offense (like it used to be) nothing will change.
I'm not someone who sits at a computer all day like most, but I would make up for it when I got home. At certain times of the year my time would be so limited that I would not sign up for game because I would not be able to keep up with the game. That is just life. I would rather not play then. It's not fair for the players doing all the work.
I think the best way for fairness would be if there was a certain amount each day that then descended. You could do it like this 8-6-4-2-1. That way you know the time commitment is there at the beginning on the game. Also, this way the format would hopefully lead to more participation by the fifth day. Well, in theory. I see this working well versus forcing people ten time times a day throughout a game. Forcing people to talk would create useless clutter and all sort of unnatural conversations as the game went on, just in hopes of staying alive.

There's so much bullshit going on in this thread in the couple of days, this is ridiculous. I think you know Monk is an alt, not sure how, but Ultama and Fanderay have been defending each other for days now. I think Mockra ends up showing up saying they aren't a fifth member soon.
I am headed out for now and doing a re-read to confirm.

All the attention towards Monock? None towards me? I am offended people!
Besides you should really take what Fanderay says with a pinch of salt. That little fire told me soooo many interesting things.

Regarding low posting, I tihnk it may also have to do with diverse posting windows? I have had hours on thread when there was literally no one there. For example right now I can spare the next 2 hours but I am the only one online.

Not the only one.
These accusations are interesting. Those with the fake alts are clearly having fun.
Mockra, care to share what it told you?

To me Fanderay's big highlighted post is a bit too obvious. Could the Fifth be trying to divert attention while they go ahead with their NKs and thin out the opposition more?

Nothing the fire could have told you trumps the fact that the Fifth need to be trimmed down a couple members to make this game competitive. Any attempt to divert attention off of this seems to me to be Fifth members scrambling. Too late Mockra. Too late Aranatha (please keep wasting your attack on me during the night).
The Fifth might still have more knives to throw around at this point, so for anyone (any leader) it might be a good time to use whatever defensive skills you have this night. In the mean time, we can push a couple lynches through in the next couple days to deal with the Fifth. IF people show up to play.

The obvious assumption is that it was there to draw out other factions into a rapid pile on to MO. Of course anyone with half a brain would realise that when you need 8 votes to lynch having 2 factions of 3 and a couple of fakes who may or may not be in one of those factions isn't going to swing it. It works the other way too, 6 5th cannot swing a vote alone
Since that is so obvious, what is the real story?
