Where is Trull Sengar?

I'm reading Bonehunters now, almost halfway through it and no mention of what happened after Fear went off with Seren Pedac. Do we get to find out or..? Also, in Midnight Tides, we aren't in the same timeline, right? And uh, that stuff happened before Trull got banished?
Where exactly are the Deragoth? What warren is that? Ganath said it is an old realm and all but Onrack and Trull were there so is it another fragment of Kurald Emurlahn?

Like the earlier books, the storylines tend to shift between books. When you get to Reapers Gale you will find the answer to many of your questions about Midnight Tides.

Trull's storyline gets revisited in Reaper's Gale, the next book.
MT events indeed take place before the events in Dg, MoI and HoC. As you may remember, HoC finishes with Trull starting to tell his story to Onrack and the other T'Lan Imass. MT is that story, sort of.
The Deragoth are partly RAFO. Their statues that Onrack and Trull encountered were in the Nascent, which you either already learned more of in HoC or will learn more of in this book, the Bonehunters. This of course does not mean they themselves are necessarily linked to that warren.
Yesterday, upon the stair, I saw a man who wasn't there. He wasn't there again today. Oh, how I wish he'd go away.

Okay so he'll be back in Reaper's Gale. Another question, probably going to get its answer later but- Is there a specific purpose/outcome/end to the story? Or is it just a part of the history of the Malazan Empire? Story as in the whole series.
I don't want spoilers, just asking, do we get to see more of Darujhistan and the living Bridgeburners?

There are various story narratives that began in the early books and are wrapped up in the 10th book. But there are also story lines that have begun in book 6, 7, 8 that continue in Esslemonts books and Eriksons Khakanas trilogy.
If you want to have an idea of what to expect, then you could say the main narrative of the 10 book Malazan Book of the Fallen series revolves around the fates of the Malazan armies, what will become of Anomander Rakes Andii and the Sword Dragnipur and finally how the threat of the Crippled God, the poisoning of the warrens and the war between the gods can be resolved.

Yes, there is something like an over-arching narrative, it's pretty much in the series' title. It's more of a thematic thing, though, with the various storylines falling roughly into the themes of 'malazan' and 'fallen', but it only becomes clear in retrospect.

Why so worried, pal?

Yes, there is a sort of "main" narrative. And yes, without saying too much, there is an ending that serves as a conclusion to that. How satisfying you will find it as an ending varies considerably. But yes, it is heading towards something. Don't worry, though, you're just over halfway to it. Plenty of series still left to get you there.
Darujhistan and its set of characters are featured as a setting again in Toll the Hounds and later in Orb, Sceptre, Throne.
Laseen did nothing wrong.

All is RAFO. Trust in SE. SE is good. SE is great.
But to answer your questions to the unknown point in TB you're at (so what you could/should know from the previous books)...
Yes.
MT is earlier. There is a gap between the end of MT and when you see Trull banished at the beginning of HoC.
The deragoth themselves were wherever they felt like being, but in HoC Onrack busting the statues brought them there somehow.
The warren seems to be a stray chunk of KE that ended up jammed between the Death Warren(s) and Omtose Phellack. Whoever was worshipping the Deragoth either built their statues there, or else the statues were in another warren that was overlapped, as warrens tend to do.
Trull and Onrack started out in the Nascent, which was a whole other warren that was flooded by Rhulad and his mages back in MT. The Nascent may have been yet another chunk of KE or just another warren that at some point overlapped, linked to or pass through the Deragoth statue warren chunk.

I would say, if you've gotten this far, keep going, because all of those questions you asked, are a part of the series of the Malazan Book of the Fallen. They will come to fruition, but unfortunately for you, you need to keep reading! It gets more insane as it goes along, just trust Erikson and realize that he's not an author to torture you (which is why so many of his novels conclude at the end, despite being a part of a series). Just go along with the flow and enjoy it for the first time.

Yeah guys, got it. And I found the Tiste Edur, just met them with Karsa and Samar Dev.😃
Every character here has so much to say and everyone's a philosopher in their own way, sometimes Erikson seems to get real off-track. That's when I start fidgeting. But then again, that's the essence of MBotF.
MT and HoC have faster storylines than BH, don't you think?

HoC yes, MT no.
I found the pacing in TB fairly tight, moves from major event to major event fairly quickly.
