Hey guys,
So I am currently reading House of Chains, but got side tracked and re read some of the end chaptersof Gardens of the Moon (which made a lot more sense now that I understand words like Soletaken!), but I also have some (random) questions:
1. Is Serrat the Tiste Andii that dies defending Baruk? If so Vorcan must be one bad ass assassin...
2. When Raest is freed, Silanah and four soletaken attack him: Are two of those Korlat and Orfantal?
3. When Serrat is about to kill Crockus, she is stopped by someone who says "compliments of the Prince" and "we both know who sends this message"- I assume the one who stops them is the mage called Cowl but is it the Prince who he is the one threatening Rake/Serrat or is it someone else?
4. What is the difference between Jaghuts and Jaghut tyrants?

3. Prince K'azz D'avore of the Crimson Guard.
4. No special difference except the Tyrants have a god-complex that they use to dominate others.

Re Jaghut tyrants, Tool explained to Lorn that they are driven to dominate. They practically can't do anything else.

3) The protection was arranged by Caladan Brood (Gardens of the Moon, Chapter 10) so whilst 'Prince' is pretty certain to refer to K'azz, the second part may refer to Brood.
