So when Tattersail first lays out the cards with Hairlock at her side, the first card belongs to Anomander Rake and it features something blurry. Does anyone know what that thing is? Can I know as well?

That's the problem! I don't want vague, I want to know. I've read MoI, TtH and FoD too. (maybe I should have mentioned that from the start) If the blurry thing were to have appeared only once I would have said, whatever, no biggie. So spoil on, spoil on!

Well it got me curious enough to reread that section. My guess (I'll spoiler as this is GotM section)

would be the.. you-know-what of darkness, hidden but carried by Rake. The sword and the chains are visible in Tattersails first reading; but what is hidden within the sword is the, ahem, you-know-what in the wagon, which might be visible as a blur to a talent like Tattersail, who already has been shown as seeing more than say, Hairlock, when she could hear the coin spinning and he couldn't. She also got further than Tays in her reading, which shows she is capable of picking up things that others might miss.

I can't really think what else it could be; it's Rake's source of power, possibly even radiating a certain persons presence, and it's hidden - so may be represented indirectly as a blur in the deck, to those that even notice something is there.

This is what I was hinting at.
It seems more likely, as the card shows a hidden presence behind the Andii - and we know from late on that MD is there, even if the Andii don't know themselves at that time.

Why would MD's presence be of any importance to Tattersail? Tattersail is the one who receives the message, not Anomander Rake. It's not like she could go and tell him, hey dude, your matron is around, hang in there!

Tattersail stipulates that whatever new bits she sees always pertain to the moment. As such some of the theories put forward don't seem to be eligible.

Given the presence of Dragnipur and the fact that he is using it during that period (Pale wizards) I would say that the Wagon and/or what is contained within is a good possibility.

Could also be Crone... seeing as she turns up as Rake's messenger a few chapters later.

Could just be a patch of darkness left there by the author as something he might be able to use at a later date... maybe without any significance at that moment other than this being Rake, anything dark could later be used to mean a thousand things
