So, at the end of RG, Quick Ben forbids Fiddler from pitying the man who killed Trull, revealing he is aware of the fact that Fiddler is a Shield Anvil.
Could it be, even if it is not openly disclossed that Fiddler is actually the Shield Anvil of Death?

Not remembering clearly. Could you just supply the quotes regarding QB forbidding Fiddler to pity and Fiddler being Shield Anvil?

I just realized I misinterpreted something in the Bonehunters, the T'lan Imass was referring to Stormy as Shield Anvil, not Fiddler. Here's the quote: "Stormy collected the flint sword and walked over to Legana Breed. 'You been scaring a lot of people below,' he said.
'Sensitive souls, you mortals.'
The marine held the sword out, horizontally. 'Took your time getting out of that portal.'
Legana Breed grasped it. 'Nothing is ever as easy as it seems, Shield Anvil. Carry the pain in your heart and know this: you are far from finished with this world."
But, there is this tiny piece as well: "But Quick Ben turned, gestured, and a dark blur rose round the Letherii, closed entirely about the man's body, then shrank, as if down into the sand, until nothing remained. There was a faint scream as whatever awaited the Letherii had reached out to take hold of him.
Then the wizard snapped out a hand and pulled Fiddler close, and his face was pale with rage. 'Don't you pity him, Fid. You understand me? Don't you pity him! '
Fiddler shook his head. 'I – I won't, Quick. Not for a moment. Let him scream, for all eternity. Let him scream.'
A grim nod, then Quick Ben pushed him back."
It seems that Quick is very insistent on not allowing any clemency for Sirryn Kanar. Seems to me like Fiddler is a Shield Anvil, none the less.

Fiddler is not a Shield Anvil. But he has become more compassionate through all his experiences. QB does not want Trll's killer to be remembered with mercy. To him the man only deserves hate. So he warns Fiddler. Remember QB spent some time with Trull and was deeply moved by his character
For an example of Fiddlers softer side, remember the dirge he played at the end of the Bonehunters while putting aside his rage?

Yeah, Fiddler's not a Shield Anvil. QB tells him not to pity Sirryn Kanar to prevent Fiddler from becoming emotionally involved, or to ask questions, as neither QB nor Hedge are in a mood to answer them. Imagine the scene from Fiddler's PoV: he finds his long-dead best friend, who's not particularly known for his soft side, crying like a baby over someone's corpse and your other friend sending some random guy to what sounds like a bad, bad place to be, even calling a favor with Hood. You don't know the dead guy, but you's strictly against doing bad things to people. Out of instinct you'd feel sympathy for the guy QB's just kicked into some kind of hell dimension.
The point here is that Fiddler is very much human. He doesn't know the story behind this confusing scene, so he's inclined to feel sorry for the guy he actually sees being kicked, not the one who's already dead.
