I believe the recruitment mechanism was the bad/good cop thing, with (one of the) scum factions recruiting bad cops for their operations using a bribe. They had to identify who the cops were, then recruit them for their faction. Most likely we had three scum faction roles: some with a find (captain?), a briber (the enforcer?) and someone with a kill (the warrior?). A recruiter doesn't have to be called "recruiter".

You may not have noticed but it was PS that did the silencing and it was in response to something in a discussion I was having with a source, being a Reporter and all. It was a bad call and if you're that worried then check out the spoilers when game is over. My opinion on the matter was quite clearly expressed in the first picture I posted.

Gait had been posting them all along, Fener was a router in a flat to provide anonymity. With my kidnapping the Police investigation found and exposed the router. Note the PS scene where the kidnapping victim is identified as a reporter. Fener had no CF because Fener was an alias. Fener also had no vote and didn't count towards the votes needed to lynch because... yes you guessed it... he was an alias.

Please justify your inclination to vote for me to the thread; the only possible situation where I can see it is where you're stalling for time because a vote for me is likely not to go through and hang the lynch. Why would you need to stall for time? Because you're a SK worried about not getting enough kills in.

So here are the things that stand out to me regards Liosan...

Firstly, there was the hammer vote on Korlat. Yes, he was found as scum, then admitted himself that he was scum. But in a game like this, I think that Liosan was just taking advantage of this so that he could get rid of someone quickly before they could provide any more information. Perhaps he was worried that Korlat might give something away about him, who knows?
And then we get this post where Shadow is deflecting from Liosan:

Well, I won't be voting with Lio, Denul or Shadow, so I guess for now they'll have to try to get Gait to follow them, unless Emurlahn shows back up.

Given that Arrest and Kidnap seem to be silencing actions why would Gnaw/Venge feel the need to put an additional, 3rd, method of silencing in and why would I not have used it on anyone else before now but now choose to use it on myself?

Sure I did, I said that Ano's RI CF throws my being found as RI into question. There's nothing I can do about that - I can't deny that it makes me look suspicious. All I can do, then, is continue to work out who, of those left, could be the recruiter, and/or the SK.

I think it's more important, today, that we find the recruiter. You don't have majority yet, so you can't control the thread, but if we don't kill the recruiter (i.e. you) today, then you WILL have majority, and then game over.

So, today we kill the recruiter, tomorrow we find the SK, and voila, town wins. If we go after the SK today, then the recruiter wins. If we miss the recruiter today, then the recruiter wins. It's pretty basic and obvious to me.
