Oh man, it is ON.

Right now, the plan in the pipeline is for my whole family to be in Wisconsin in August of next year to visit the fam and get the sprog excited about being half-american. We could steal Vengy's house and have a draft party while I'm there!

Whoever can't make it in person will join in via skype or something.

I can feel the EPIC in my bones, even an entire year away. ;)

I like it. I don't understand how showing them Wisconsin will get them excited about being half american.... Does she really like cheese?

If she likes cheese, the draft party ought to be in the Netherlands.

I can probably swing it. He should have the basement fully livable by then. Lauren would absolutely LOVE all the Football talk.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Does Venge live in Chicago? I've always wanted to go there. Bit of an expensive trip just for a draft though!

He does.

Did you know Chicago has more skyscrapers than any other city in the US?

Did you also know that the highest elevation point in the whole State is one of those very same skyscrapers?

Did you know the nickname of Chicago is 'The Windy City' because all its politicians are full of hot air?

It is the highest elevation point for 2 of the states surrounding Illinois as well(Indiana and Iowa) There are mounds in Wisconson and Missouri that are just barely taller.
How many fucking people do I have to hammer in order to get that across.

What's your favorite planet?

Mine's the sun!
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

It's a simple question Venge, if the moon was made of ribs would you eat it?

I'm going Camping later this evening and will be out for 3 days. I'm hoping to get my latest pick in even if I have to leave SB some sort of provisional. My concern is that the draft will come back around to me before I can get back to a computer. I could send in some sort of monster provisional to someone but would have to rely on them not opening it until I only have few hours left on the clock of my next pick. First off is anyone willing to post that pick for me? Or secondly should I just rely on the Yahoo player rankings as my next pick if I don't get back in time. Any thoughts suggestions on this?
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Screw it I don't have time to put together a monster provisional. I guess when my pick in a day or two comes around if it's more than 12 hours before 5 pm GMT-8 Sunday Aug 23rd then just pick the highest rated RB as I will time out before I can get to a computer to pick myself. I'm leaving my next pick with Slow Ben as a provisional so I don't hold you guys up.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

I know I would. Heck! I'd have seconds and then polish it off with a tall cool Budweiser.

Unexpectedly stuck away from home for work and my draft info is at home, so no idea who is on the board, etc. With that in mind, I'm gonna do something dumb in the interest of moving things along. They say defense wins championships, so....

Poll:

I have to choose a keeper in one of my fantasy leagues, and the choice is easily between

1) Jamaal Charles
2) Marshawn Lynch

Who would you choose to keep?

Jamaal Charles.

Then you can name your team 'Jamaal about that bass'.
