Most alts which are not a Master or Servant are just regular citizens of Fuyuki City. They have homes, jobs, etc, and they'll move according to that.

Example: Mockra was a TV anchor. Her studio was in Kashinoda Tower, so she would be there on most days, while her home was in another location and she would go there most nights. But one day she was filming a special program at Roji Airport and went there instead.

Most of the citizens are fairly regular, but some have hobbies that make them move a bit more erratically. Some also stay in the same place all the time (ie if their job and home are in the same place).

You're making a big assumption there.

There are 6 Servants left, but they don't necessarily belong to 6 of the 10 remaining Masters. Some of them could just as easily belong to one of the 4 dead Masters.
