Which edition of MoI do you have?

Over on the Wiki, we are trying to put together tables of the various paginations for each book. http://malazan.wikia...ory:Paginations

For MoI we only have the UK MassMarketPaperBack at the moment. If you have a different edition it would be great if you could dig out your copy and add the page numbers. You can edit the Wiki directly, or just post the numbers here and I'll transfer them.

I have an ARC that is sans illustration, being pure text and probably being a bit off in terms of page count. Still want it?
I survived the Permian and all I got was this t-shirt.
