I've just been creating new TXT files and reuploading everytime a new tile is chosen.

No, cause I wouldn't get that hex anyway, there's still 3 tiles in the draw pile. I want to build a Starbase in my homeworld just in case an Ancient ends up moving there from the hive. With the extra money from diplo from Khell, I'll now have enough to do another explore and potential influence and still be able to build a starbase.

Two things on that. The Ancient doesn't move until the upkeep phase so you don't have to worry about it this round. Second, starbases can't move so once they're built they stay there until destroyed. That can be costly later when you need one 4 hexes away and it's sitting useless in your homeworld.



EDit: Blend, since you don't dare un-influence that hex now that there;s another warp portal, do you want me to go ahead and process the money colonization?

So if an Ancient moves into my homeworld during upkeep, I'll be able to deal with it during Round 2 instead of during Round 1 combat phase?
